Provide 3-5 pages from the strategic outcomes (initiatives) from Milestone 3 and develop an individual action plan for each. Action plans are not expected to be extraordinarily detailed; however, you should convey higher-level perspective and information to sufficiently address all four segments (plan, regulations & standards, value assessment, and fiscal management) noted in prompt section V of the Final Project Guidelines and Rubric document. For example, you do not need to develop detailed Gantt charts for the Plan segment but there should be a rough timeline for implementation, and there is no need for a detailed budget for the Fiscal Management segment, but overall cost considerations should be included.
