Your company or organization has determined that efficiency could be greatly improved. Write an informal proposal explaining how your company could go about providing their product or service in a more effective and efficient way. Include a set of detailed instructions about how exactly this new plan will work.

Presentation for Stakeholders

During this class, your company has grown exponentially. Because of that, there a lot of new ideas about how to make your company more efficient. Your idea from the last assignment has been accepted for consideration, but now you've got to put together a presentation for the stakeholders.

Part One: Using Power Point or another presentation program, design a presentation (8 slides) to explain why your idea is best suited for the company or organization.

Part Two: write a recommendation report discussing how your idea will solve the company's or organization's efficiency problem.
