Project suggestions (These are a list of suggestions. Feel free to come up with your own projects as long as you have all the required components)

Pick a research question and design a survey---give survey to your classmates and analyze

Conduct a literature review on an issue that interests you

Pick a social issue relating to race (Black Lives Matter, Dakota Pipeline, etc) and compare the way different news sources report on the issue.

Pick a historical event or time period and describe the social and political climate on issues of race

Create a timeline of racist laws and policies and describe Pick two schools of differing racial composition and compare them (Each school should have a school report card on their website to help you get attendance, grades, racial composition)
