Project Management – Managing Risk

Risks are more difficult to identify and assess at the start of a project. If risks are not identified early and build to project problem, the impact and cost to the project can be large. Conduct research to find a risk mitigation plan or template from a credible source on the Internet.

Give credit to the source. Then discuss how you might use the template in a project setting. Who should be involved? What role do leaders play? What role do team members play? Is there anything about this template that could be improved? What and why? If not, why not?
