Provide, at a minimum, the following items about a hypothetical Human Resources Department of your own design. It can be written from the viewpoint of a new company that is just starting or one that already exists. The organization is global in nature. You can be as creative as you like regarding content, style/form or the format in which it is submitted. Just be sure the minimum requirements are completed

These are the minimum items that must be in the project. You are free to add anything else

Introduce your Human Resources (HR) department, its makeup and structure, and its placement within the organization

Describe the various activities of your HR department( i.e., staffing, personnel development, etc.)

Present a mission statement that includes the administrative, operational, and strategic role of the HR department

Prepare an organizational Strategic Human Resource Plan

Prepare an organizational Staffing Plan

Prepare an organizational Training and Development Plan

Prepare a rudimentary organizational benefits and compensation program
