The various analysis and ratios used to evaluate:

• Horizontal Analysis
• Vertical Analysis
• The ability to pay current liabilities
• The ability to sell inventory and collect receivables
• The ability to pay long-term debt
• Profitability

Therefore based on Chapter 15, an individual project will be made. The project will be made based on a made-up business. The layout of the report will consist of:

• A cover page that states the name of your business and project
• A table of contents
• The report, including:

o Executive summary
o Information of business type
o Horizontal Analysis findings for two years
o Vertical Analysis findings for two years
o Ratio findings for two years along with industry avenges comparison
o Conclusion

• Appendices, including

o 3 years of Income Statements (self created)
o 3 years of Statement of Owner's Equity (self created)
o 3 years of Balance Sheets (self created)
o 3 years of Cashflow Statements (self created)
o Horizontal Analysis
o Vertical Analysis
o Ratio calculations

Note: There should be no calculations in the body of the document and the financial statements needs to he made in order to calculate the analysts and ratios. The report itself needs to have i-inch margins left and right, top and bottom, times new roman 12pt font and single spaced.
