Each month a different project manager is assigned to prepare and present a training module for the other project managers.

You have been assigned to develop and present a training module focused on what professional responsibility means for project managers.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that has the following titled sections.

For each section other than Agenda, Conclusion, and References, explain what this element of professional responsibility means exactly for project managers and use examples:

· Technical Competence (2-3 slides)

· Continuous Professional Development (2-3 slides)

· Fiduciary of Organizational Resources (2-3 slides)

· Professional Conduct (2-3 slides)

· Responsiveness (2-3 slides)

· Conclusion
