Professional Practice Scenario 1
Due: Monday (scenario) and Wednesday (response post)
Write a scenario that pertains to conflict management, ethics, and/or professionalism. If necessary, research ethical cases or situations of conflict management in a professional setting. Post your scenario to the Discussion Board by Monday. Then, select another student's scenario and respond to it (do not select one that already has a response posted). Answer the following questions in your response to your peer's scenario:
- How would you act in this scenario?
- How could you change the process for addressing this problem?
- Are there some different outcomes that could have served each party?
- What are the long-term implications of these solutions?
- Follow-up the scenario with some alternatives.
