You are working on a unit where a lot of negative behavior has grown out of control. There is anger, conflict, bullying, and other incivility occurring. You are asked by your unit manager to work with two other nurses on the unit to develop a policy for managing incivility.
Using the information from your textbook in Chapter 13, develop a policy and discuss how it will be implemented. Consider legal and ethical aspects of RN practice as you develop the policy.
