In order to have a better understanding of one model you can use for data-driven decision making, your assignment is to explore the attributes and possible benefits of PLCs. Conduct an internet search on PLCs. List the five (5) attributes of a PLC (Professional Learning Community) and comment on the value of PLCs for each of the following:

• The use of data to drive instruction

• The identification of clear learning targets

• The identification of the interventions that are used for remediation.
