- Space for teams to work autonomously in a safe environment prior to introducing introductions to leadership and the administration
- Design teams isolated purposefully to keep from being interrupted
- Detailed documentation of the good, the bad, and the ugly - everything deserves a place in the detailed notes
Detailed Plan Based on the Process / Timelines / Segmentation
INTENT:
- Great place for a chart to showcase timelines and expectations
- Itemized steps that we will take with expected results
- Team concept that falls within this process (inclusive of our team and the organization that we represent - how does the company fit into the plan?)
- Remember - company culture of innovation goes beyond the individual teams and must be fully adopted across leadership and employees - how do we include this?
- NOTES:
- Weekly meetings to discuss results, current and new timelines, and new ideas and to create potential new opportunities from trial and error that all can leverage
- Weekly meetings within the isolated team
- Weekly meetings between multiple independent teams

- All of this is to bring a prototype to the floor so that the improvement process can begin
