Problem:

First, select an independent restaurant located in California (fast food, fast casual restaurant, casual dining restaurant or buffet restaurant) and dine in the restaurant. You will need to analyze the service quality of the restaurant in terms of a variety of service quality dimensions. I am going to post the evaluation report of this project on Moodle. Please read each item of the report and fill out the evaluation report. There are two major parts of this project which you need to complete. I will outline the two parts below.

Part One: Summarize the overall service experience in the restaurant you chosen. Your summary should be detailed and comprehensive. More specifically, your summary should cover all aspects of the service quality which you receive from the restaurant ( e.g., the atmosphere of the restaurant, how comfortable the furniture is , the air temperature, and so on) Do not use bullet point. Also, use single space and 12 point font Times New Roman. In addition, you might refer to the real mystery shopper report which I will post on Moodle.

Part Two: Fill out the evaluation report form. Categories of guest service, product and facilities are rated on a point scale. Any category that does not receive the full credit of points will have an explanation of why. Points are then totaled and given a percentage. Quality and variety of food:

Required:

Question 1) Explain the quality and variety of food of your final project restaurant. Use at least 1 paragraph. Speed and attentiveness of service.

Question 2) Explain the speed and attentiveness of your final project restaurant using at least 1 paragraph. Cleanliness and atmosphere.

Question 3) Explain the cleanliness and atmosphere of your final project restaurant using at least 1 paragraph. Want an answer? Provide thorough explanation of the given question.
