Based on your research of global leaders and their impact in the organizations they serve, develop a paper to discuss the leader's role in influencing, shaping, and defining global organizations. The paper should examine the leadership experiences of at least one global leader and relate his or her role to specific leadership models or theories. The paper should also explain how the leader creates and sustains a culture of ethical behavior and social responsibility in his or her organization. Incorporating specific examples of leadership integrity, the paper should discuss how a leader's integrity-or lack of integrity-impacts the organization and/or society. The paper should also identify some challenges or conflicts the leader has experienced in defining organizational culture, and the strategies that were implemented to overcome these challenges. Present the essay in APA format (latest edition), with in-text citations and a reference list reflecting a comprehensive list of sources which support the analysis. The assignment should also demonstrate impeccable grammar, spelling, style, logic, and critical thinking.
