Problem: The Federal Trade Commission has been protecting American consumers against bad business practices since the 1970s. Stiffer regulations to protect consumers from fraud, deception and unfair business practices in the marketplace would have helped then and would help now. How would you go about doing that? Mandatory biometric software such as Face Recognization ID would be a suggestion. Personally, I think biometrics should be mandatory for anyone taking an online course. Would that be considered encroaching on privacy? Protecting individual confidentiality and safety is intertwined with digital shadowing. Please explain your answer and also provide examples.
