Data was collected on 40 jobs of Residential and Commercial customers for Apple Pie Computers. These jobs had a problem with the computer that they purchased: Noisy, Equipment Failure, Runs warm, or has a strange Odor.

You may use the spreadsheet provided by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) to solve this problem or you may choose to solve it without that tool.
