Their purpose is to simplify your everyday living. This next section will cover an analysis of Celanese and their industry's external environment and evaluate ways that we can make Celanese better.

The purpose of this study is to examine the internal and external environments of Celanese Corporation and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. We will do this by investigating the company's current strategies and recognizing their strong points and flaws. We will then best be able to make strategic recommendations to help Celanese Corporation address the major challenges in their industry, so they are well-equipped to maximize their profits and market share and in their internal environments.
