Prepare a report that describes the establishment of a new service organization that will employ at least 10 people, and develop a supporting Human Resource Management strategy (components of the strategy identified below). The organization must be A Fitness Facility. It must contain:

1. Describe the planned operation: its location location, what the facility looks like, the nature of the product/ service, number of staff, etc. Limit this part of the report to about 2 or 3 pages.

2. Beyond those 2 or 3 pages, describe the necessary roles/jobs and the relate knowladge, skills and abilities needed in your organization.
