Organizations have the responsibility to implement an overall strategy to assess performance. This strategy includes measures such as productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, profit, sales, and market share.

Prepare a chart listing each measure of performance used by the organization you have selected. For each measure, analyze and describe whether the measure is used at the individual, group, or organization level to evaluate success. List one ex of each measure and describe to whom the measure is reported. Give reasons for your answers.
