1. In your opinion, what are the qualities of an ideal leader. Describe the five most important characteristics, competencies, skills and traits an ideal leader possesses and explain why? (1 page)
2. Looking at the description of your ideal leader,  where are you currently in your development in terms of these characteristics (1 page).
3. What are the two areas of continuous improvement and how do you intend to work on those? Be specific and provide a specific list of action steps to improve your own leadership. (1 page)
