Subject: Second Headquarters for Mega Tech

Mega Tech seeks to expand its operation towards better development. In order to do so, the company research team is on a quest to find the best city as to which it will establish its headquarters.

The headquarters will remain a key location in which most of the company's activities and products would be developed therein. It is for these reasons that there are some critical criteria which the chosen city must meet before it can be chosen for its headquarters.

The cities must meet most of the criteria so that it indicates the operation needs of the company that will be met overall (Oviatt, McDougall, & Loper, 1995). Here are the four critical criteria that any city selected must meet in order to qualify as the next Mega Tech's headquarters:

Good Schools

Traffic Congestion

House Prices ,etc.
