How would you gather and assess qualitative data to support business decision making? When considering different types of qualitative data and analysis methods there are things that can be done to support business decisions and strategies.

For data collection, it would be beneficial to go for a random sampling in different areas where we are providing the services. The following is the details for the recommended actions:

First question will help in understanding the trend of advertisement, based on this we can increase the advertisement of our company.

Second question will select a particular agent. Third will differentiate the customer from where one can have idea that this agency is better known for selling or purchase or both. On what need to be emphasized for advertisement this will be clubbed with 1st question for better decision making.

Question 5-7 will be used for accessing the customer satisfaction score of agents. Therefore, we can identify the agents with relatively good and bad customer satisfaction score, and take some necessary decisions.

Question 8 will give as the rating of service and liking of peoples.

Question 9 will give the idea where we are lacking from others and we need to emphasize.

The 10th and 11th questions can help us in decision making for solutions of 9th question.

Different type of data will be used: as for customer satisfaction score we are going to collect data in range 1-10 which is quantitative.

Similarly, in question 8th and 9th qualitative data will be utilized. Analysis methods used t test for comparing two different agents (assuming the agents are <30). In similar way, other test as can be used for find the average liking and disliking of our services among the population
