Creative culture alludes to approaches adopted and followed by organization and geared towards maximization of its resources to optimal production. It is founded on a systematic re-evaluation of its methods that suit the need and demands of the customers, shareholders, government and the local community (Burkus, 2014). Essentially, for it to realize its objectives, it must focus on making sure that all these parties are represented in it. These will only be possible by following specific elements that act as guidelines as well as illustrated below.

First, emotional energy and influence. Creative culture relies heavily on the ability to harness employee's desires and aligning them with the organization's ideals. This connotes to positive influence that employees feel as part of it. Next, attitudes and beliefs; having the right mindsets determines how far an organization can reach. Creative culture feeds on positive minds, on attitudes and beliefs that are aligned towards realization of the key goals of the organization as well. Third, habits and behavior patterns. What employees are used to do forms a crucial role in determining how best the results can be achieved (Burkus, 2014). That means, a creative culture is also easily developed when a foundation can be established.

Sharing ideas is the most important aspects of a creative culture and avenue to enhance leadership. Organizations are better placed when they ensure that their employees are able to access information they need. This information can then be shared amongst themselves. One way of ensuring this is possible is through deeply involving them in decision making. Secondly, celebration of failures as yardsticks for learning opportunities (Burkus, 2014). People will learn more and hence turn them into better leaders if their mistakes are not used as avenues to hit on them. Lastly, delegation of minor duties to junior employees. This put them in positions where they have to make critical decisions with regard to the operation of their departments, hence responsibility is enhanced.
