Since I want to continue working and fulfilling my roles and responsibilities in the company, I have chosen an online program on a part-time basis. I have taken a lot of consideration and made a conclusion that improving my academic qualifications will enhance my career and drive successful results, which is the primary goal for the company.

I am writing the memo to request financial support from the employer since I was granted the admission. Providing me with this assistant will undoubtedly be helpful for the organization as it will include my value, improve leadership development, and extend my academic achievement along the new network for the enterprise. This contribution would enhance my real strength to the organization.

I would not only be willing to provide my newly achieved value to the company but I would consider it as an investment that you provided me. Additionally, contributing to my education purpose will be cheaper than training and hiring new employees for the role that I will be able to pursue in future. This will enhance my reputation while at the same time attracting new talent for the company.

So why should the company support me financially for the course? Firstly, the company is experiencing a growth of needs of the new type of managers who are equipped with skills and network of the fast-changing world. The recent revenue growth and the increase in stock value demonstrate that the company would continue to have new segments, and this requires new employees.

Supporting me financially to enroll in this business course would improve my strategic knowledge while at the same time improve my leadership through ranks. Moreover, my qualification would also help to me mentor new employees while at the same time spreading new skills to the employees.

Lastly, I am willing to sign a loyalty contract upon receiving the tuition reimbursement to demonstrate my commitment towards staying with the company while lengthening my time after I have completed my education. This would prove that my new gained knowledge and skills of leadership would immediately improve my team performance that will also help me to achieve growth as a successful leader.
