Please let me know if you can complete this assignment by this evening in about 6 hours. I just need this questioned answered. The underlined portion is a question that the professor asked meaning we should be researching museums as well. I will post the assignment itself. Then i will post your repsonse that you completed for me before.

* How can WindowsWear leverage its social action and community service activities to enhance its public image?

WHERE DOES MUSEUM FIT INTO YOUR RESEARCH?

This answer should be 200 words.

The assignment

This portion of the paper should contain:

1. Executive Summary/Abstract (written after the entire section is completed): It usually contains a brief statement of the problem or proposal covered in the major document(s), background information, concise analysis, main conclusions/recommendations, and financial implications.

2. Introduction: Introduce this portion of the paper (one paragraph).

3. Analysis

4. Conclusion/Recommendations - need to include financial implications

5. References in proper APA format (there should also be in-text citations for each of the references listed in the reference page).

6. Appendices - charts, tables, additional information to support your main analysis, conclusions and recommendation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: These sections cannot be done individually. The entire team needs to work together on the analysis. Then use the entire analysis to come to conclusions and recommendations as a team, and based upon these recommendations determine financial implications. The Introduction and Executive Summary should be done at the end (though they appear at the beginning!).
Analysis:

· The marketing analysis requires identifying target segments for WindowsWear to pursue, and identify a possible positioning of this proposed Museum.

· Based upon the identified segments, analysis needs to be conducted to determine appropriate marketing activities necessary to launch the project.

o Product
o Place
o Price
o Promotion

· How can WindowsWear present this project most effectively in its messaging?

· In what ways can WindowsWear connect with its various clients and constituencies through this project?

· How can WindowsWear attract new customers and raise awareness of its product/brand through this initiative?

· How can its marketing activities relate more closely to current economic and market conditions?

· How can WindowsWear leverage its social action and community service activities to enhance its public image?

DO NOT just answer these questions -these are sample questions to consider. The finished product needs to be a cohesive analysis of the marketing initiatives necessary to succeed.

Conclusion/Recommendation:

Based on the above marketing analysis we recommend (not recommend) implementing these initiatives (and why). Be sure to consider the financial implications of your decisions.

What i have completed already answering How can WindowsWear attract new customers and raise awareness of its product/brand through this initiative?

· How can its marketing activities relate more closely to current economic and market conditions?

Attracting New Customers

WindowsWear's primary mission is to enable people to experience the real-time display of fashion windows (WindowsWear Inc., 2016). However, most people are still not aware of the importance of windows display, especially in the fashion industry. Therefore, the establishment of the museum is a great opportunity for WindowsWear to appeal to new clients. Firstly, unlike a website, a museum will increase the number of people who can experience the windows display. The company will transform the digital window displays to physical ones. The existing customers will suggest a visit to the museum to other people. As such, many people will become aware of the products that WindowsWear offers. A majority of the customers rarely concentrate on the window displays while shopping. However, a visit to the museum would give a new perspective about window displays. They will start appreciating the importance of the window displays and how they can enhance the shopping experience. As such, some will show interest in purchasing window displays for their fashion businesses.

Marketing Activities

It is important that organizations adopt marketing strategies that match the country's market and economic conditions (Baker & Hart, 2008). As a result, WindowsWear should use marketing activities that reflect these circumstances since they affect the purchasing power of the customers. The first step that WindowsWear should take is to perform to analyze the market as well as the economy. The analysis will take a considerable length of time to identify all the trends. After the market and economic analysis, WindowsWear should research on the best marketing strategies for different trends. For instance, if there is a depression, WindowsWear needs to utilize marketing approaches that require a small budget. As such, the organization will market its products but still earn profits. One such approach is for WindowsWear to use direct marketing that targets specific customer bases. In depressed economic conditions, customers change their habits and only focus on essential needs (Pride & Ferrell, 2016). For example, a clothing shop will prioritize on stocking the shop rather than purchasing windows display.

On the other hand, favorable economic conditions call for broad marketing efforts as the company can afford them (Pride & Ferrell, 2016). Therefore, WindowsWear will concentrate on various marketing methods such as advertising and public relations. According to Baker and Hart (2008), if the economic conditions are favorable, the customers will have enough finances to purchase all the things they require. Therefore, WindowsWear should take advantage of such economic circumstances to target both the existing as well as new clients. They could use billboards and launch public relations campaigns on the media. The broad marketing approaches would enable WindowsWear to reach a large number of potential customers and retain the old ones at the same time.
