Problem- 1- Electronic reading devices are very popular and Amazon's Kindle and Apple's iPad are in a heated battle to win over the bookworms of the world. Kindle focuses solely on reading, whereas iPad does reading, movies, music, office computing, and more. Some analysts predict that iPad will eclipse Kindle because it offers many powerful multimedia features; others think Kindle can hold its own. Make a case for how Amazon might use segmentation and a clever value proposition to dominate the growing e-books market with its Kindle stand-alone reader.

Problem 2- Write a situation analysis that could be included in an IMC plan for a brand of pet food that you select.. The analysis should identify key factors that you consider most relevant and a brief assessment of each such as the historical context, product analysis, industry analysis, market analysis, competitor analysis and company analysis.
