You can get these two vitamins from two main food types One and Two. Type One contains 10mg of Vitamin A and 20mg of Vitamin B per pound. Type Two contains 30mg of Vitamin A and 15mg of Vitamin B per pound. Type one costs $12/lb and Type Two costs $8/lb.
