Please answer these for me. I am a Biotech CEO and I need to reply these questions to a student who work for me. He is doing very well and meet my expectation. More information will be in attachment.

1. How, in general, is Shihhan doing? Are there any problems that you've already encountered or perceive that you may encounter? Is this intern's performance meeting your expectations?

2. How well does the intern fit into the work environment? Does he possess an appropriate work ethic? Is he professional in his demeanor? Does he fit in well with his co-workers?

3. Does the intern show initiative in approaching his work? Does he take on too much or assume too much knowledge? Does he ask the right questions when he needs to?

4. How well prepared was he for this internship? (This is a reflection on how well we prepared him). Are there obvious gaps in his knowledge or technical skills that you assumed he would already know?
