Please answer the two questions and have the answers with the question please so in that way I know what question you are answering. After you have answer the two question you need to read(which I am providing you right below) how another student answer the two questions and say if you agree or disagree and why.

1) Discuss the elements comprised in an organization's personnel security program. 2) List and describe the common elements of the investigative process This is what another student answer the two questionse elements comprised in an organization's personnel security program.

The elements in an organization' personnel security program involve analyzing the necessities of the bodies. First, the amount of people to fill each position must be established. A company would not want to hire too many people and over extend their budget beyond a need; however, they would want to make sure that there are enough people to successfully cover all the tasks, without creating a stressful over burdened workforce. Next, it is necessary to establish an "occupation analysis" to properly designate roles and duties to specific departments or positions. Once the tasks required in each position are required, they are clearly laid out in a "job description."Having both parties understand and agree on what activities are expected leaves both sides feeling confident and comfortable that the tasks can be efficiently completed. This not only prepares the program, but the worker as well. After that, the hiring process can be done through the human resources section. This is an important process where individuals are selected or deselected for positions based on their qualifications and abilities to carry out the job descriptions. Following is the shift planning, which involves a strategic schedule to incorporate "maximum coverage with minimum resources without sacrificing quality." (Ortmeier, p. 185) After these steps have been established, there is a necessity to uphold education and further training in a career field that is ever changing. Keeping people informed of the latest software, techniques, developments, and threats is the best way for a program to thrive.

2) List and describe the common elements of the investigative process.

To investigate is to search for answers for a purpose. Investigations come in all different forms, from criminal to white collar. An investigation is the process of: collecting information, identifying and analyzing problems, determining facts, preserving evidence, and reporting findings without bias. Training and experience in this line of work are very important, but having an open mind without the burden of personal judgment in the case is also extremely valuable. The process of collecting information would involve knowing all details pertaining to the specific case and properly documenting all the information in a clear, organized manner. Evidence can serve as information in the case, and during the investigation, all evidence must be kept in original condition and must have a chain of custody in order to be admissible in court. Determining facts and analyzing information is a little more challenging; Many times research must be conducted and pieces of the investigation puzzle must be put together properly. If the information doesn't match up just right, it should not be linked. The most successful investigation is one that is so thorough as to not leave any stone unturned and not leave any information to be doubted. In court, the burden is on the prosecution to prove guilt of a person(s) beyond reasonable doubt. All resources must be exhausted in the research, such as utilizing: databases, victims, witnesses, suspects, records, informants, and the Internet. Following protocol and conducting all investigative procedures with truthfulness and no bias are paramount.
