Career Pathway Plan - Individual Task

Individual Task

1. This individual task will be finalized and submitted to the EPD Department.

2. In doing this task, you will have to reflect on the learning experience / learning required by evaluating your performance in a short write up.

3. You have to provide clear positions, qualifications, skills, and responsibilities necessary in achieving your 10-year goal. Ensure to provide duration (year) for each level.

4. This task must have clear alignment and mapping to UK SPEC (Refer to Session 2) and Professional bodies (Student Chapters), and Graduate Attributes.

5. After filling up the table, you have to provide clear personal justifications why such career has to be planned. Interview and research are encouraged in doing this task.

6. Avoid readjusting, altering, or modifying the given template.

7. At least 400 words are required for each justification.

8. This coursework weighs 50% of your final ESD mark.

The word limit is 1200 words. 240 words per question.

JUSTIFICATIONS:

1. Justify your career sector and career option choice.

2. Explain how you fit in the organization you have chosen in terms of qualifications, skills, competencies, and trainings.
