Past 48 Hours, ache under armpits both sides at random times, sharp pains in the spot randomly.

The pain radiates to my jaw rarely only during or very shortly after the the sudden sharp pain, the pain also has made me itchy on my back at random points but the itch will only stay until I rub it.

Worsens when I lay down( possibly anxiety)

The ache is directly in the same spots on both sides the edge of the armpit closest to the front of me.
