2. Why is it unlikely that plea bargaining will ever be completely eliminated from the American court system? Do you agree with the idea of plea bargaining? Why or why not?

3. Your text names three possible ways in which future American criminal courts may be forced to adapt their routines and personnel to those changing demographics. Name these and discuss the pros and cons of each idea.

Read some of the program evaluations. Write a response that is at least two pages in length about why the programs may or may not be important in the twenty-?rst century. Choose one program that you think will be successful and explain why you think it will be positive. Choose one program that you think will not be important and explain why. Are there ethical or moral implications to your decision? Be sure you defend your position.
