Reflect on a recent team experience at your workplace, or other organization (such as volunteer work or community service). Describe the team members and the situation or project you were working on.

• Why is professionalism important? How can the leader of a team ensure honest and fair dealings with all team stakeholders?
• How can the leader promote the development of professional values within the team?
• How can the leader ensure team alignment with the organizational mission, vision, and values?
