Research the latest trends or best practices related to the major functions of Strategic Human Resource Management. For this assignment, you must assemble a Human Resource Management Tool Kit. This Tool Kit may take any form you wish: a power point presentation, a Prezi, a group of documents, etc. Your Tool Kit should include items that address each of the Human Resource Management functions.

Suggestions for inclusion are:

  • How to design a job position and description
  • Tips for conducting a successful employee search
  • How to conduct an employment interview
  • Tools for evaluating employee performance
  • How to develop an effective employee training program

Please note that this list is not exhaustive. The intention is for you to provide evidence that you understand the issues connected with the functions Strategic Human Resource Management in an organizational setting and can develop tools that reflect best practices in the field. You must use external resources to complete the assignment. Please be cognizant of plagiarism at all times. Proper paraphrasing techniques are expected so that the work you submit is your own.
