Tim has a bachelorâs degree in physics and three years on the police force. David has a bachelorâs degree in criminal justice, a certificate in conflict resolution, and three years in the police force. David Dougherty is hired. Tim Fujie sues on the grounds of color and race discrimination. Does Tim have a case? Why or Why not?
