For females, how would you negotiate with a potential employer about getting a fair salary. You know statistically you will be earning less. And this most likely will be true in female dominated professions. For this exercise, the assumption is you will be making less than your male co worker, regardless of the profession.

For males, how would react if you found out that you when you were hired, a female was hired at the same time, she has the same exact qualifications as you, but she makes 80% of the same salary as you.
