Part 1: Read the NTSB safety report of the Hendrick Motorsports, Inc. aircraft accident. Write a summary of the Hendrick case study describing how the Hendrick accident is related to human factors. Also, include the preventive measures the management of Hendrick Motors could have taken to prevent this accident from occurring.
Submit a 2-3 page document summary. It should cover the human factor errors made by the Hendrick flight crew which caused the accident. Also, identify failures of the Hendrick Motorsports management in the training of their flight crews. The paper should be grammatically sound and free of spelling errors.
