Paper's topic: Labor Elections.
the NLRB recently changed its rules for holding labor elections. the rules speed up the process and have been criticized by some as being election by ambush. the new rules went into effect in the spring of 2015.
When writing the paper:
should do more than just recite the state of the law. Review the issues, state the history, law and facts.
What important NLRB and court cases are involved? the paper should cite and review no fewer than five NLRB and/or court cases.
How would you change the current state of the law and why- be specific. What are the positives, the negatives, and provide a rationale for your conclusion.
Requirements:
1. 8-11 page research paper, exclusive of footnotes and suitable for publication in a professional journal.
2. this is a law course, legal citation style is suggested.
3. each paper shall have 1 inch margins, double-spaced and following APA standards.
