Paper: Examples of Power, 5-7 pages Critical analysis of the varying forms of power that exist among members within organizational relationships

REQUIRED: Use headings/subheadings to organize your paper.

1. Give your paper a title

2. Write an introduction

3. Analyze Organizational Power:

A. Discuss how the complexities of "power" influence the following: group relations, leader/member relationships, employee morale, and leadership effectiveness.

B. Then, choose three forms of power from the five basic types found in organizational relationships. For each one, give one or two examples of situations in which you have experienced that type of power. These experiences must be in organizations, not from your personal relationships. Use 'I' language and clearly show that the example is a good illustration of that type of power. What was the outcome of the experience?

4. Interview one other person about their experiences with power (within organizational settings) and add that to your discussion (this should be a page in length).

5. Give several suggestions for managers, supervisors, and others about the appropriate use of power.

6. Write summary/concluding remarks.
