Project Objective: to identify the best ordering, shipping & billing processes for shipping products to target location; to revamp Ordering, Shipping & Billing Software and Work Processes; to create more compelling promotions and increase sale; to collect and respond to feedback in real time.

To produce more benefit by implementing more sophisticated system which help minimize lost sale, create efficiencies in supply chain and drive down cost across the enterprise.

The goal of implementation teams at various regions was to communicate every thing that happened on the first day of implementation to other team across the world.
