Prompt: For this assignment, you will submit a paper that addresses sections of critical elements I, II, and III of the final project. Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: I. Introduction: Provide a summary of the case. Describe the situation, the stakeholders, the critical events, and the project of the case study. II. Analysis: Analyze the case and include the following components. a. Identify the project management methodology used in the case and explain the characteristics of the project that indicate the methodology. b. Identify areas of success in the management of the project. Be specific and reference the case study in support of your analysis. c. Identify issues or potential issues with how the project management is being conducted. Explain your reasoning using examples from the case study. III. PMI (Project Management Institute®) b. Analyze the case study project and briefly discuss the project in terms of how the five process groups are applied. Guidelines for Submission: Your draft of the case study analysis should be two-to-three pages in length. It should be formatted with 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced with one-inch margins, and all citations and references should be formatted according to current APA guidelines.
