Overview: To complete this milestone assignment, you must create an introduction for your case study analysis, analyze specific elements of the case, and relate the case study to the PMBOK® Process Groups. Prompt: For this assignment, you will submit a paper that addresses sections of critical elements I, II, and III of the final project. Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed: I. Introduction: Provide a summary of the case. Describe the situation, the stakeholders, the critical events, and the project of the case study. II. Analysis: Analyze the case and include the following components. a. Identify the project management methodology used in the case and explain the characteristics of the project that indicate the methodology. b. Identify areas of success in the management of the project. Be specific and reference the case study in support of your analysis. c. Identify issues or potential issues with how the project management is being conducted. Explain your reasoning using examples from the case study. III. PMI (Project Management Institute®) b.
