Outside Speech Evaluation Assignment

- Reflect and critically evaluate a speech outside of class (something you found online).

- The outside speech must be a prepared, focused speech, and cannot be from fictional work, such as a movie or TV show. I recommend a famous historical speech (http://www.americanrhetoric.com/), a TED Talk (https://www.ted.com/talks), a political debate, or a distinguished speaker in your future career field.

- Be sure to identify the speaker, speech purpose (informative or persuasive), and speech occasion.

- I recommend a paragraph summary of the speech content that rest of the paper should be critique.Specifically, discuss positive and negatives aspects of the speech including: content (introduction, main points, supporting material, conclusion), organization (organizational pattern based on speech purpose, transitions), delivery (vocal and non-vocal criteria you are evaluated on), and speaker credibility (was the speaker seem knowledgeable and trustworthy).
