Using the Sick Leave Case, analyze the situations below, complete the actions, and prepare a four to five (4-5) page double-spaced report with your conclusions. 

1) Outline the negotiation phases and provide an example of actions to take in each phase and explain why these actions would facilitate a successful negotiation. 
2) Apply two different types of frames to frame the main issue in the negotiation. 
3) Explain the pros and cons of each type of frame and which one would be most effective in this situation. 
4) Select three different cognitive biases and suggest how these can be overcome or reduced in this negotiation situation.
