Organizing two separate pre-events named the "Battle of the Bands".

The battle of the bands acted as fundraisers and to be used to determine the last remaining performance spots for The Rally in The Alley. Each event showcased five performances that would be narrowed down to one. Both events were extremely successful in the case of raising money and as promotional events.

Location, obtaining, and then maintaining quality relationships with sponsorships in promotional activities and day of the event.

Was in full charge of designing all the promotional material, including flyers, posters, tickets, along with security, staff, and event apparel.

Overseeing the ordering of inventory for an expectancy of 800 consumers. Inventory included a wide range of domestic and imported beer, a large wine list, and an large arrangement of all essential liquors, specialty spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages like a large list of sodas, energy drinks, juices, and bottled water. Ordering also included day of the event supplies such as ...silverware, paper products,

Employing multiple sound engineers, bartenders, waitresses, bar backs, stage managers, photographers, videographers, along with working with day of the event volunteers that helped with load-in / load-out for the talent.

Overseeing the purchasing and/or renting of sound equipment, lighting, tables, porto-potties, sponsorship booths, merchandise tables, trash cans, temporary fencing, and building of stages.

Also was giving the task of gaining the proper sound, liability, liqueur, etc. city permits and licenses.
