Question 4: Identify a workplace where you have been employed or a workplace you have observed in some capacity. Define organizational behavior (OB); then, discuss the aspects of the organization and the OB you observed in this workplace setting. Did the OB influence any outcomes of the organization's mission? Explain the basis for your answer.
