Organizational Development and Change Management

One of the central tenets of this course is the competitive advantage that can be achieved by fully leveraging the potential of employees. HR plays a pivotal role in supporting a human capital advantage by providing consulting support for departments in regard to organizational development. This can include employee development, management training, workflow analysis, job re-design, and a host of other support services.
