ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR RESEARCH

Task: Select a topic that is a leadership, management, or organizational topic that you are interested in. You could use the list of sample topics below. Research the topic thoroughly using valid, reliable academic sources. (Proquest and Wilson Business are two excellent sources you can access them through the library computers). You should have minimum 10 articles about your topic. We will spend some time showing you how to use library facilities to research for academic paper.

1. This assignment should be between 1000 -1300 words.

2. Provide an introduction to your topic, which includes why this is an important topic, i.e. statistics, application to work, etc.

3. Next, define any terms in details.

4. Review from your articles. Organize your paper according to topics and use headings (APA format) to complete this section.

5. Explain how your topic applied or affect employees in organizations.

6. Conclude your paper by summarizing your findings.
