Option: Organizational Plan

Consider your chosen entrepreneurial opportunity ( THE WHISKEY CLUB!!!!) . Write an organizational plan for the opportunity. The plan should include the following:

1. Organizational structure including an organization chart

2. Planning, measurement, and evaluation schemes

3. Rewards

4. Selection criteria

5. Training

(Further description of these sections can be found in Chapter 9 under the section Designing the Organization.)

Then, answer the following questions:

• How does the organization chart assist in developing the measurement and evaluation schemes?
• How does the organization chart help to inform job rewards?
• Why is an organization plan necessary?

Your paper should meet the following requirements:

• 2-3 pages in length
• Formatted according to CSU-Global Guide to Writing and APA Requirements
• Include at least 2-3 outside sources.
