One of the questions this week is about whether we should consider reducing employee stress and what role we play in that. I know that the first knee jerk reaction is to say no, however, we need to think pass that and think about the responsibility we have in ensuring we are promoting the right work environment for our employees. I have been involved in some litigation where employees felt that we were placing stresses on them and as such we ended up being liable for the work environment we promoted.
