By December 5, when the shipment arrives, containing only 450 Sacks the market price of flour have fallen. Lynn refused to except delivery or to pay. Kim ships 50 more sacks of flour, which arrive December 10. Then refuse delivery. Kim re-sold the 500 sacks of flour for three dollars per sack. What are Kim's rights against Lynn?
