On his 16th birthday, Justin Bieber bought a $700,000 original Picasso drawing from Sotheby's Auction House. Three weeks before his 18th birthday, the Picasso was severely damaged after an all night party at Bieber's house. No one knows exactly how the drawing was damaged. The Picasso drawing is now worthless. Bieber sought to disaffirm the contract for the Picasso drawing and demanded that Sotheby Auction House return the $700,000 he paid for the original drawing. Sotheby's refused to return the $700,000 to Bieber because the Picasso drawing was now worthless.
